GOOD GOD YES. I cannot STAND it when people lick their fingers too.
And even WORSE is when they are flipping through pages of something that is YOURS. When I was at my college advising office, this counselor just grabbed my degree audit and licked her fingers rifling through every damn page. And then gave it back to me. WHAT. THE. HELL.
I truly hate that very much.
